These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and v444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at v444.cam, governing your use of the v444 website, mobile interface and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, virtual games and any promotional activities.

By accessing, registering on or using the v444 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To open and maintain an account on v444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable law in your country of residence. The Platform enforces age verification as part of the KYC process.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling or betting activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal enjoyment. You may not use the Platform on behalf of another person, as an agent, or as part of a syndicate without explicit written permission from the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Platform or any third-party responsible gambling programme that would render your participation inappropriate.
• You must not have had a previous account on the Platform closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent or contractor of v444, nor a close family member or household member of any such individual, unless the Platform expressly authorises participation in writing.

Each User is permitted to hold one single account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, identities, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 KYC Documentation

The Platform reserves the right to require identity verification at any point, including but not limited to: at the time of first withdrawal request, where unusual account activity is detected, or as required by applicable AML obligations. Standard KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this is typically a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport. The document must be current, unaltered, clearly legible and not expired.
• Proof of address, where required — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence, typically dated within three months of the request.
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that the identity document belongs to the account holder.
• Source of funds documentation, where required by AML procedures.

4.2 Document Submission

All identity documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never send CNIC, passport or other sensitive documents via unsecured chat, email, social media or any third-party channel. Falsifying, altering, cropping or otherwise obscuring any part of a submitted document is a criminal offence and will result in permanent account closure. The Platform reserves the right to report suspected document fraud to relevant authorities.

The Platform supports account balances denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where available. Payment methods referenced on the Platform (including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are noted for contextual familiarity only. The Platform does not represent that any of these payment providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services. Available deposit and withdrawal methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, fees and processing times are displayed in the live cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that belongs to and is registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction.
• The Platform reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its reasonable discretion, including where AML checks require further investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method that has been verified in the account holder's name. The Platform will not send withdrawals to third-party payment instruments.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before the first withdrawal is processed. The Platform may request additional documentation at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Unused Bonus Funds do not carry a cash equivalent.
• Processing times are not guaranteed. Bank transfers, including those via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, are subject to the processing schedules and operational rules of those institutions.
• The Platform reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed while such checks are completed.

From time to time, v444 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, refer-a-friend incentives and other promotional activities (collectively "Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's page states otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any derived winnings are withdrawable. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds and time limit are specified in the promotion-specific terms. Users should read these terms in full before opting in to any Promotion.
• One Promotion at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any given time.
• Eligibility: Promotions are open only to eligible account holders who have completed KYC and met any additional eligibility criteria specified. The Platform reserves the right to determine eligibility at its absolute discretion.
• Misuse: Using multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting or any other form of bonus abuse to gain an unfair advantage from Promotions is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and void associated winnings where misuse is detected.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100%, while live-dealer table games, sports bets and other categories may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule is published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Changes: The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify or substitute any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Promotion already in progress for a specific user will be honoured in accordance with the terms active at the time of opt-in.

Any bonus figures referenced elsewhere on this Platform — including on the homepage — are illustrative examples only. Actual bonus amounts, requirements and availability are subject to the live promotion terms in the Promotions section of the Platform.

All bets and gaming activity on the v444 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific, market-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a bet confirmation to the User. Displayed odds at the time of bet placement are not guaranteed until the bet has been accepted and confirmed.
• In-play odds can change rapidly. Any in-play bet submitted during a period of odds suspension may be rejected. The Platform is not liable for any losses arising from rejected in-play bets.
• The Platform uses independently sourced odds feeds. Where an obvious pricing error occurs — including for cricket, PSL T20, ICC events, football, UFC and other covered sports — the Platform reserves the right to void and refund bets placed at erroneous odds.
• All casino games use Independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-dealer feeds from certified suppliers. RTP values for casino games are published per game in the game information section.
• The Platform reserves the right to void, cancel or reverse bets and gaming activity where fraud, collusion, match-fixing, irregular betting patterns or technical errors are identified.
• All disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with the support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant event outcome. The Platform's settlement decision, once final, is binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v444 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false, borrowed or third-party identity details.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age requirement.
• Using any software, tool, algorithm, bot or automated process to gain an unfair advantage, scrape data or place bets without human input.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or any conduct designed to manipulate sporting or gaming outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple account registrations to claim multiple bonuses, arbitrage betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or systematic hedging of bonuses.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, agents or other users in any manner.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform's systems.
• Depositing funds from payment instruments not registered in your own name.

All content on the v444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of v444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of v444.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, transmit, frame, mirror or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from v444.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above automatically, without notice. The v444 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited on the Platform are the property of their respective owners, none of whom sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with v444 unless expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v444 and its affiliated entities, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether v444 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. v444 makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond v444's reasonable control.

v444 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service disruptions that affect your access to the Platform or the outcome of any in-play betting activity during a connectivity failure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

v444 is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertaining activity undertaken within your means. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered account holders, accessible within the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your total net loss over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, the account will be restricted from further betting and gaming activity until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each session. A notification is issued when the limit approaches, and the session ends when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered and won or lost during the session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours upwards. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by the support team. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires.

The Platform will not contact a self-excluded user with marketing communications during the exclusion period. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, finances or relationships, please use these tools without delay and seek external support.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data — including registration data, KYC documentation, transaction records and usage data — is governed by the v444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during KYC, including copies of your CNIC or passport, is processed solely for the purposes of identity verification, age verification, AML compliance and fraud prevention. Data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

You retain data subject rights under applicable law, including the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, subject to the Platform's legal obligations to retain certain records for AML and regulatory purposes. v444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Where the account holder is found to be under the applicable minimum age.
• Where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or other financial crime is suspected.
• Where the account holder accesses the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Where the Platform is required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory instruction.
• Where KYC documentation cannot be verified or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds held in the account may be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to AML checks, minus any amounts owed to the Platform. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure for breach.

Account holders may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the verified payment method on record, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of v444 is incorporated or licensed to operate online gambling services. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights or protections that may be available to users under mandatory applicable law in their country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial legislation, may independently affect the enforceability of this agreement in a Pakistani court. Any legal proceedings brought in connection with these Terms shall, to the extent permitted by law, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction stated in the operator's licensing documentation.

v444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered account holders — typically by way of a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute.

The Platform will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of the acknowledgement date.
